Chef Mural was featured on The Straits Times on 11th December for his traditional yet innovative Indian dishes for the Christmas festive season. This includes his take on a christmas must have, stuffed turkey, transforming it into his signature spinach-stuffed Turkey Roulade in a tomato honey makhani sauce.
