Interview: Street Food Festival Chef Manjunath Mural

In the third and final of three exclusive interviews with participating chefs we talk to chef Manjunath Mural, who will be flying from Singapore to cook at Macau's first Street Food Festival. The Mumbai-born chef, whose culinary style of “Asian-Indian gastronomy” blends traditional Indian techniques with flavours from other cuisines, won him a Michelin star rating for Singapore-based restaurant The Song of India, which has served many Bollywood celebrities, prominent industrialists, political leaders and past prime ministers of India.
