Michelin-starred chef to open riverfront restaurant in Brisbane
Brisbane's evolving dining scene has attracted a Michelin-starred chef from Singapore who will team up with Brisbane and Gold Coast restaurateurs to deliver a fine-dining destination overlooking the Brisbane River.
While the name of their restaurant remains confidential, its location is no longer a secret.The 788-square-metre restaurant will be on the first floor, and the largest tenancy, at Brisbane Quarter and will overlook the Brisbane River.
Michelin-starred chef Manjunath Mural's distinctive "Asian-Indian cuisine" combined with the expertise of Brisbane’s Nick Pinn of Malt Dining and Gold Coast’s Sridhar Penumechu from Saffron Restaurant is anticipated to bring a dining and bar experience unlike anything else offered in the city.
