The dining aspect of Brisbane Quarter is going to be next level, with the first three key restaurants coming in hot with serious credentials. Byron favourite Three Blue Ducks has already been making waves at its home in W Brisbane, and it is about to gain some tasty neighbours in the Brisbane Quarter precinct. Persone by Gambaro will be making mouths water with its contemporary Italian cuisine, while Heritij is helmed by Michelin-starred chef Manjunath Mural and will bring Indian-inspired gastronomy to the area.
